There is a success principle that Napoleon Hill calls the Mastermind Group. He defines it as two or more minds coming together in a spirit of harmony to create a third mind. Andrew Carnegie supposedly gave Napoleon this idea, and Carnegie says he got it from the bible in the form of Christ and his 12 disciples. My question then becomes, which is it, a group formed out of people meeting in harmony, or is it a leader seeking out a group to follow him in harmony? He looks for followers that hope to benefit from the association. Many havre tried in vain for years to try it the first way.
